Marion Elaine Rossiter, age 79, the wife of Rev. Charles Rossiter, Pastor of Baldwin UMC, Elks Mills MD (Upper Shore District) passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Funeral arrangements are as follows:
