What is the refund policy? We will issue refunds, both past, pending, and future requests during the early bird registration period ending December 10, 2020, for those who registered previously for the in-person event(s) and would not like to attend this new online edition that combines two events into one powerhouse opportunity.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but after December 15th it may prove cost-prohibitive to offer refunds given the technological, software, and people investments needed to facilitating a virtual conference. Our events must pay for themselves to be sustainable in this challenging season of COVID-19 and we appreciate your support.
If you have already registered but are no longer able to attend, please consider transferring your registration to a friend or colleague before the event start-date.
