Rev. Megan Shitama Weston is an ordained United Methodist Deacon, serving full-time at Pecometh Camp & Retreat Ministries. In her ministry, she coordinates faith formation experiences for people of all ages and stages of faith. A United Methodist from childhood, she first heard God calling her into full-time ministry as a teenager at Camp Pecometh. She graduated with an MA from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2010 and was ordained in the Peninsula-Delaware Conference in 2014. As a Deacon, she is passionate about creating worship and retreat experiences that help people glimpse the Kingdom of God - and about making those experiences welcoming and accessible to all people. She lives in Cecil County, Maryland with her husband Phil and son Thomas.
