The General Council on Finance and Administration (GCFA) is assisting the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church in its search for the next Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with free standing committees, boards, and agencies to successfully execute the vision and goals of the conference, have deep sensitivity and commitment to diversity, and be able to successfully establish rapport and build relationships across a broad spectrum of people, including volunteers.
