Apportionments

TREASURERS: Please use the 2010 Benevolence Forms when submitting all remittances to the Conference Business Office.  The new form has been renumbered and the line items repositioned.

Is Your Church Paying Apportionments by Online Banking    If your church is paying apportionments using Online Banking, go to Forms and download the Benevolence Remittance Form (Interactive) and save it to your computer. When you initiate a payment from the bank, complete the Benevolence Form and save the changes, then attach the newly saved form to an email and send to Donovan Watson at dwatson@pen-del.org.

Acknowledgement Procedures:
The Business Office will send a statement to the pastor indicating remittance payments received for the month. If Treasurer’s would like a statement emailed to them or the church, please provide an email address to Donovan Watson at dwatson@pen-del.org and in the subject line of the email, indicate ‘Benevolence Remittance Statement’. Also identify your pastor and church in the body of the email.

Reports:
At the end of each month we will post the Conference & District Apportionments received by churches within each district. These reports are cumulative and represent all receipts from January 1 through the end of a month. If a payment was sent at the very end of the month it may not have reach in time to be processed and reflected in the report.
