Strengthening The Black Church/Congregatinal Development
As the fall season approaches in the distance, and the summer retreats in its presence I thought this would be a great opportunity to share with each of you some of the joys, concerns and ideas we have in regards to Strengthening the Black Church and Congregational Development. Each of you is well aware of the state of our conference both financially and spiritually. We are currently engaged in one of the most exciting times in our churches history. We have the awesome opportunity to re-create the wheel, to do away with business as usual and to reach out and try new things. What makes this moment in our history particularly exciting for us is that there are no other options left on the table, we must win.
